Vellor Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Vellor subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

• New subscribers may receive a 30-day free trial.
• You will not be charged during the trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the then-current fee for your plan.

How to cancel

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@ellisaitech.com.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it ends.

Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Annual plans are likewise non-refundable except where required by law.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge over several days. If payment is not received, we may suspend or cancel access until the balance is paid.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at support@ellisaitech.com so we can resolve it quickly.
